Our Program

Our Bernedoodle puppies are born and raised in a peaceful, loving home environment where the health, safety, and comfort of both mama and her babies always come first. From the very first breath, every puppy receives the absolute best care, early socialization, and endless affection.

We raise our puppies inside our home as part of the family and there is no shortage of family and friends that visit to enjoy the playfulness, and puppy breath, these puppies provide! They are held, played with, and cherished by adults and children alike until they’re ready to join their forever families.

For the first four weeks, puppies stay snuggled with their mom in a cozy whelping area right in our bedroom. This allows us to be attentive to every need and ensure the safety and growth of the pups. Around four weeks, puppies are big enough that we let their world expand to our living room as well as introducing them to the outside. This gives them plenty of space to romp, explore, learn, and develop as they encounter new sights, sounds, and feels.

Starting on day 3 and continuing daily through day 16, every puppy in our program receives Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS). This gentle, research-backed protocol involves a series of five quick, specific handling exercises that take only seconds per puppy and are designed to mildly stress the neurological system in a safe, controlled way. We begin early potty-training habits as soon as the puppies are 3 weeks old. It starts small in the whelping box and, by the time they go home, we are already developing outdoor potty habits. They quickly learn there’s a “right place” to go, and teaching them early is a great benefit for their forever family.

Crate training starts around 4 weeks of age. Teaching calm, happy crate manners while they’re young sets everyone up for success. While a crate is never a place for a dog to spend their life, it can become a safe den for sleeping, short absences, travel, or simply a quiet break. It also makes potty-training so much easier!
